Replacing your windows and patio doors can be daunting, with many vendors to choose from, and dozens of choices to make. Here’s what separates Marvin Replacement from the rest of the pack.
They tell you what you want to hear, from step one through the end. They emphasize things that they’ll do, but they really won’t. You won’t find much in writing and that’s by design.
Installation may or may not be right. No one knows for sure, especially since it it sub-contracted, despite what you may have been told during the sales pitch. Results will vary.
The windows themselves? Maybe good, maybe not. It will be hard to tell because the installation isn’t very standardized. Hard to open? Heck yeah.
They will charge you an arm and a leg, and once they actually get paid, whether or not you are satisfied, they are pretty much done. Good luck!
